That means that if yours is the only order placed in a day, you are guaranteed a full refund! If two orders are placed, each has a 50% chance of being selected and that continues to ten orders, when it’s a 10% chance of a free order – but that’s as low as it goes, as the eleventh order adds a second selection for that day.
