■ As we gain customers, we accumulate a lot of names, addresses, phone numbers and emails. We absolutely will not sell or share that information with anyone, so you can be sure that junk mail or spam email did not originate here! Please do not submit fictitious contact information, as it is only used for delivery purposes, and without them, our delivery service choices are limited.
■ Inactive Accounts: Account information, including names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and order history, are stored in out store database for two years past the most recent order. For your security, if you have not ordered within that time frame, your account is deemed inactive and that data is permanently deleted.
■ You need not be concerned about entering credit card info for payment, either. When you place an order, your payment is encrypted and securely processed directly with the bank. It is not stored anywhere online or included in the automatic confirmation email you get or the “new order” email sent to us to alert us about your order. In fact, we don’t see it at all!
