Privacy & Security Policy

■ As we gain customers, we accumulate a lot of names, addresses, phone numbers and emails.  We absolutely will not sell or share that information with anyone, so you can be sure that junk mail or spam email did not originate here! Please do not submit fictitious contact information, as it is only used for delivery purposes, and without them, our delivery service choices are limited.

■ Inactive Accounts: Account information, including names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and order history, are stored in our store database for two years past the most recent order. For your security, if you have not ordered within that time frame, your account is deemed inactive and that data is permanently deleted.

■ You need not be concerned about entering credit card info for payment, either.  When you place an order, your payment is encrypted and securely processed directly with the card processor We do not even see it, so it is not stored offline, online, nor included in the automatic confirmation email you get or the “new order” email sent to us to alert us about your order.

If you choose to save a payment method as part of your profile, the payment processor replaces the card number with by a randomly generated “token” that is used to make future purchases. We never see it and it is no value to potential hackers, so is quite secure.
