Market pressures and product availability drove us out of the reverse osmosis business after some 30 years. We always specified industry standard components, so you should be able to find replacement parts online, if not locally. To help you with that effort, here are the general specifications of the parts used:
Growers’ and Residential Systems:
- Residential Membranes 11.75″ long x 1.7″-2.0″ diameter; capacities are interchangeable – replace every two years.
- 10″ x 2.5″, 5µ Sediment Cartridges – replace every 6 months.
- 10″ x 2.5″, 10µ Coconut Shell Carbon Block Filters (4-stage systems have one, 5-stage systems have two) replace annually.
- Inline, 10″ x 2″ Carbon Filter with 1/4″ quick-connect fittings (polishing filter) – replace every two years.
Counter-Top System:
- Residential, Low Pressure membrane, 11.75″ x 1.8″-2.0″, 50 gpd – replace every two years.
(The specific one used was a CSM RE2012LP, but but the CSM RE2012LPF also works. If you are unable to find that, any similarly sized residential membrane will work, but we recommend going with a larger capacity, such as 100 gpd or larger.) - Inline, 10″ x 2″, 5µ Sediment Filter with 1/4″ quick-connect fittings – replace annually.
- Inline, 10″ x 2″, 10µ Carbon Filter with 1/4″ quick-connect fittings – replace annually.
