Domestic Orders
All shipping to addresses in the continental United States is included at no additional charge.
Our primary carrier for the continental United States is UPS, so please specify a secure street address (no PO Boxes, please). Pickups are weekdays, typically after 1 pm Eastern, but we will do what we can to ship the same- or next business day after orders are received.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying US territories, or those in which a Post Office Box is specified, will be shipped via the USPS and will incur a surcharge.
Transit Times
This map displays the current, estimated transit times for UPS origination at our address in southeast North Carolina (the red dot on the map).
Please be aware that those a business days, after a package is shipped. For example, a package shipped on a Friday to a two-day transit time area will likely arrive on the following Tuesday, while one shipped on Monday will probably arrive Wednesday.
USPS transit times vary a great deal, so we won’t even try to estimate the transit time for those.
International Orders
For international orders, the shipping is billed in advance, at our cost.
Please EMAIL us with the items your are interested in, as well as your complete shipping address and telephone number. We will respond with a full a quotation, and if it is acceptable to you, we will email a PayPal invoice, payable by credit/debit card or through your PayPal account.
Please note that we cannot export all probiotics, and import-related costs will be billed to the recipient, and in the rare case of the product being rejected by your country’s authorities, we will gladly refund the cost of the goods once they are returned in new condition, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Holiday Shipping
We normally suspend shipping over the Holidays, as packages have a higher probability of damage or loss. We normally cover such issues, but cannot during those peak times. If you absolutey must order for delivery, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request, but please understand that added shipping costs and losses are your responsibility, not ours.
Returns
The purchase price of goods that are returned in unopened, new condition will be refunded less the original shipping cost. Please email us for the shipping address.
